HERBPRESS technology is engineered to deliver professional-grade extraction of herbal infusions and teas using any compatible espresso machine. This innovative system introduces a new, high-efficiency method that combines speed, precision, and repeatability. In under one minute, HERBPRESS produces the full intensity, aroma, and complexity of a traditionally brewed herbal tea—now with superior clarity and consistency.

The HERBPRESS filter is designed similar to a standard espresso machine basket, equipped with a single outlet hole at the bottom. This configuration ensures optimal water flow control and stable, uniform pressure throughout the entire infusion chamber, enabling reliable high-pressure extraction.

At the base of the filter, a laser-welded, photo-etched stainless-steel membrane with 150-micron filtration capacity is permanently affixed through a mechanical riveting process. This advanced membrane prevents plant residues from entering the cup while guaranteeing maximum cleanliness, filtration accuracy, and extraction quality.

Enhancing the system’s performance, the puck screen diffuser features a precisely engineered perforation pattern designed to direct water flow effectively toward the centre of the chamber. This ensures even distribution across the plant material and helps maintain a fully pressurized, closed-system environment for optimal herbal extraction.
